Policy

All products are ship via EMS unless it requires freight service due to over-size/over-weight.  EMS is express air shipping which only takes 2-6 business days to reach most area of the world. The shipping cost is automatically calculated when you check out the products on our site.  For those cases when actual shipping cost is higher than estimate, we will contact you for the notification.

We offer manufacturers 1-year warranty.  The warranty won’t be valid if the defect was caused by customer’s abuse, negligence, or mishandling.  The customer is responsible for any return shipping for warranty claims. No labor or inconvenience maybe included in warranty claims.  Some competition parts are excluded from our warranty.  Please contact us for details.

Although we do long term tests on our products to find out any mechanical issues, MotorKlasse holds no responsibility on any engine, emission and other related engine/drivetrain failures. This is because of difference of each car’s condition and different equipment/environments that each car encounters. Our products are designed to use “off-road” only.  lease check your local laws regarding the use on any parts.
